How to Use One  WhatsApp On Three Different Devices.

There are many people who use different phones now, and sometimes wish they have the same Whatsapp account on all their phones. This used to be impossible because WhatsApp accounts can only be linked to a desktop computer, Laptop or Tablet.

The World’s top leading messaging platform has come up with an update that makes it possible to connect to four different phones. Yes four different phones, you can have access to one WhatsApp account on four different phones.

Follow the procedure below to have your Whatsapp Account on all your other devices. Let’s begin.

Primary Phone: This is your main phone with your WhatsApp account registered with your number.

Secondary Phone: This is the other phone you wanted to have the same WhatsApp account on.

Step 1: Update and install Whatsapp on your primary phone and the secondary phone.

On your primary phone make sure you have the current update of WhatsApp running. To do this go to Playstore or Apple Store depending on the device you are using. Go to the WhatsApp app and tab on update. Follow the same steps to install the Whatsapp app on your secondary smartphone

Step 2: Do not enter your phone number on the secondary phone.

Note: After installing WhatsApp on your secondary phone. Open the app and a signup screen will appear. Be mindful not to enter your number in the signup section. If you do, your secondary device will replace your old primary device, and you’ll be logged out of the primary phone 

Step 3: Tap the link Option on your Secondary Device.

On your secondary device’s signup screen, tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner and tap on the “Link to existing account” option. A QR code will then appear on the screen.

Step 4: Scan the QR Code with your primary Device.

Now, open WhatsApp on your primary device, tap the three-dot menu, and click on “Linked devices”. The next thing to do is to select “Link a device”. This process is the same as linking your device to Whatsapp web. 

Scan the QR code displayed on your secondary deceive, “and there you go” Your devices will synchronize contacts and chats, and your secondary device will be good to go. To link additional devices, simply repeat these steps. 

A Must Know

Your primary phone doesn’t need to remain online to use Whatsapp on linked devices. However, note that, if you don’t use your primary phone for over 14 days, your linked devices will be logged out.

Do note that some features, such as viewing live locations, creating and viewing broadcast lists, and adding and deleting status updates, are unavailable on linked devices. 

And there you have, By following these straightforward procedures, you can now enjoy the convenience of linking your WhatsApp account to multiple smartphones.
